Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of service quality, leadership and organizational commitment on member participation in the Guaranteed Dharmasraya Republic of Indonesia Employee Cooperative (KPRI). In this study, 66 KPRI Guaranteed Dharmasraya members were used who were chosen randomly. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to cooperative members selected as samples. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (OLS) and t-statistical testing. In accordance with the results of testing the first hypothesis, it was found that service quality had a positive and significant effect on the participation of KPRI Guaranteed Dharmasraya members. In the second hypothesis testing stage, it was found that leadership had a positive effect on the participation of KPRI Guaranteed Dharmasraya members. In the third hypothesis testing stage, it was found that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the participation of KPRI Guaranteed Dharmasraya members. The researcher realizes that the current research still has a number of shortcomings caused by the researchers' limitations. Limitations relate to the sample size used in this research being relatively small because it only used one cooperative, so this is believed to have influenced the research results obtained. There are still a number of other variables that have not been used in this research, but these variables also influence member participation in a cooperative. These variables include cooperative education, motivation, member professionalism and various other variables.
