Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow this journal's focus, scope, and author guidelines. The submitted manuscripts must fulfill scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the guide and content of this journal. All manuscripts submitted to this journal must be written in good English. Authors for whom English is not their native language are encouraged to have their papers checked for grammar and clarity before submission. The work must not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. All submitted manuscripts must be free of plagiarism. All authors should use plagiarism detection software to check the similarity (please use Turnitin or iThenticate to check the similarity). Editors will also check the similarity of manuscripts in this journal using Turnitin or iThenticate software.

The submitted manuscripts to this journal will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 (two) or more experts from the Peer-Reviewers Team. The reviewers give scientifically valuable comments that improve the contents of the manuscript. Sometimes (if required), a third peer-reviewer must provide critical comments on the submitted manuscript. The review process used in this journal is a blind review system. The editor decides on manuscript acceptance with the Chief and Editor (together with the Editorial Board if required) according to reviewers' critical comments. The final decision on the manuscript is solely based on the editor's last review, which considers the peer-reviewer's words (but not exclusively those reviewers).

An editor will make publication decisions for accepted articles, including assigning the paper to the published issues of Chief by considering the sequence of accepted dates. Sometimes, the editorial team will reject papers before they are forwarded to the reviewers because the quality does not meet the journal's requirements.
